He used to think coffee was just a tool for staying awake and going to coffee shops was just for leisure and the Gram. He couldn't even tell the difference between a latte and an Americano!
But recently, he started buying coffee for his girlfriend more often and became more acquaitanted with coffee.
When his girlfriend asked him what type of coffee he liked, he then realized he knew nothing about coffee.
So he decided to take a coffee course to have more common ground with her.

Jordan本來覺得咖啡只是提神工具入咖啡店只是為了悠閑和打卡曾經連Latte 或者Americano是什麼都搞不清楚。
最近因為經常買咖啡給女朋友才多了接觸咖啡，直至有一天女朋友問起他愛喝什麼咖啡，他才發覺自己搭不上嘴，對咖啡一竅不通。
為了讓大家有多一個共同話題便的起心肝去上咖啡課程。

之後發現原來由水質到磨豆粗幼，杯具的選擇都可以影響一杯咖啡的味道和口感。
從此就開始欣賞咖啡這門藝術，並決心認真研究咖啡。
Jordan 現在每天都會在家中練習手沖咖啡以及探訪不同咖啡店，增加自己對咖啡的閱歷和增強自己的味覺。
現在不管需不需要提神，Jordan每天也都會喝幾杯咖啡呢！完全embrace Kafeyawnie 的精神😆

During the course, he learned that everything from water quality to grind size, brewing equipment and so on can affect the taste and texture of a cup of coffee. From then on, he began to appreciate coffee as an art form and made a commitment to study it seriously.
Nowadays, he practices making pour-over coffee at home every day and visits different coffee shops to enhance his knowledge and enrich his taste buds.😆
He's even become a true Kafeyawnie, drinking coffee daily whether he needs a pick-me-up or not.
