Like a common HKer, KeepingFull used to only drink coffee occasionally, mainly for the caffeine rush.
However, after being introduced to pourover coffee, he realised that coffee doesn't have just a single and flat taste, but rather it is ever-changing.
He discovered that the flavour of each bean is unique and even the same bean can taste completely different when processed, roasted, or brewed in different ways.

KeepingFull 本來跟普遍香港人一樣,只是會偶爾喝咖啡,對這種飲品沒什麼特別感覺,最多只是用來提神用。
直到被同事介紹手沖咖啡後,他發現咖啡並不只有單一的味道,反而是千變萬化的。
他明白到每一隻豆的味道都是獨特的,甚至同一隻豆用不同的處理手法、烘培豆、萃取方式,味道都可以截然不同。

KeepingFull 不但愛上了咖啡的香氣和味道,他還喜歡上手沖咖啡過程中的樂趣。他開始在家裏和辦公室裡自己沖咖啡,並不經意推廣了咖啡文化,現在的同事朋友很多都是啡友了。
從2年前對咖啡一竅不通,現在KeepingFull除了是個喜歡覓食的foodie外, 他也是個擁有手沖夢幻裝備的Kafeyawnie了!

KeepingFull not only fell in love with the aroma and taste of coffee, he now also enjoys the fun of brewing. He started brewing coffee at home and in the office, and inadvertently promoted coffee culture among his circle. Now, many of his colleagues and friends are coffee lovers like him.
