Like a common HKer, KeepingFull used to only drink coffee occasionally, mainly for the caffeine rush.
However, after being introduced to pourover coffee, he realised that coffee doesn't have just a single and flat taste, but rather it is ever-changing.
He discovered that the flavour of each bean is unique and even the same bean can taste completely different when processed, roasted, or brewed in different ways.

KeepingFull 本來跟普遍香港人一樣，只是會偶爾喝咖啡，對這種飲品沒什麼特別感覺，最多只是用來提神用。
直到被同事介紹手沖咖啡後，他發現咖啡並不只有單一的味道，反而是千變萬化的。
他明白到每一隻豆的味道都是獨特的，甚至同一隻豆用不同的處理手法、烘培豆、萃取方式，味道都可以截然不同。

KeepingFull 不但愛上了咖啡的香氣和味道，他還喜歡上手沖咖啡過程中的樂趣。他開始在家裏和辦公室裡自己沖咖啡，並不經意推廣了咖啡文化，現在的同事朋友很多都是啡友了。
從2年前對咖啡一竅不通，現在KeepingFull除了是個喜歡覓食的foodie外， 他也是個擁有手沖夢幻裝備的Kafeyawnie了！
